I was looking for the Chaos Walking trilogy by Patrick Ness at Periplus Discovery Mall. I couldn't find it anywhere. I put so much confidence in my eyes searching through the stack of books that I believe the there's no stock of that series available.

Then I asked one of the employee for the book. I actually did it for the sake of politeness or whatever it is, not purely because I'm hoping to find the book. But apparently they had it, hidden at the bottom of the shelves, almost hidden. I was so happy because the book received so many good reviews.

And I was happy that I asked.  Some time I feel like effortless acts like that are advantageous. Most of the time, I don't believe that help is provided but that's not true. Helps are provided and I'm not talking about spoiling ourselves and becoming so dependent to others. But that kind of help which actually exists to ease our life, this kind of help does exist. What we need to do is to seek them.
